He acted without Congressional approval bombing Libya; why would he bother getting Congressional approval for anything after that? The man cares nothing about our system of checks and balances. He gave himself away on that three years ago when he started throwing tantrums about Congress not just blindly passing his sh!t without even bothering to read it first, and his party HAD control of both the Senate and the House then. That's what seriously makes him a bad President -- his disdain for our tried and true systems.

The Tea Party has been given one chance after another to come forward adn act in a bipartisan manner to address the nation's economic problems. they have refused to do so. So, Obama is going ot use his executive power to get done what he can. That is what any real American in his position would do. The best interests of the United States are a lot more important than the Ta Party, their ideology and most certainly their petty bickering.

Congress doesn't allow anything through even if they checked off on it prior and even created it. They act like children trying to annoy a big brother, and try their best to do the opposite of whats needed.
