Try silly putty that matches your skin tone, or put make up on marshmallows or a food and then stick it to ur skin

You could use fake warts (like they do for halloween) and make some red in there

Don't forget to put a tiny but noticeable hole in the middle to make it look like there was a sting there. Tracker jackers are HUGE.
