I certainly do not recommend them, but have you tried payday loans. There are all types on these small store loan places near where I live. Their rates are excessive, but when someone is desperate they are better than the neighborhood loan shark. I also wonder about the service agencies that help military families. If they can not make the loan themselves they may be able to help you find a place that will.
