Question by : Army help! Need some info. School troubles.? So I was going to start school in Canada (St Lawrence College) for police foundations in Sept but I won't be able to go because I can't pay. My parents have bad credit and the rest of my family have either bad credit or no credit and I can't find a Co-Signer for a line of credit (I have no credit either) Now you would think ''Why don't you apply for loans and bursaries?'' but I did, the Quebec government wont let me have loans and bursaries because the school is not in Quebec its in Cornwall, Ontario, plus Ontario wont give me loans and bursaries because i've never lived in ontario. Now I always thought of joining the Army if I couldn't pay for school but I don't no what to join. I was thinking Black Watch but there not full time during the winter. Obviously i'd rather not go to Iraq and have to kill people. I'd rather stay here and help my country in another way for maybe 2-3 years and have enough to pay for all my school. So can anyone help me out with some sites or advice? Thank you. Oh p.s I don't cook so don't say kitchen. I want to train hard and do something fun and exciting! Best answer for Army help! I guess that even your countrymen hate the Frenchies in Quebec ! Join the military and quit whining or get two jobs and work your butt off -- I got nothing from my parents for school and worked full time throughout -- i even had to quit two years to work to get enough to continue.
