Capital one give credit cards to bad credit risks but they charge you loads. They may help you. Try googling 'bad history credit cards' or similar and see what you get. The only other option is a pre paid credit card where you will need to pay money onto the card account first and then spend it, if you need a credit card for web payments, etc that's an option but again you will pay high charges.
