Call their number. They can do whatever is in their contract so you need to get ahold of them asap and make your payment.

The first thing that you do is call them from the number on your receipt. If you are still unable to reach them then I would borrow some money and put a stop payment on the check because as long as they have your routing number and permission from you to go into your account they will. You could also try another office @ another location and maybe they can find your check on file. You can also try googling this company and maybe you can contact their corporate headquarters.

Get the money ASAP as they WILL cash your check. If there's another office in town, contact them immediately!!!! And don't use Payday loans ever again as the interest rates they charge are typically 180 to 300%!

I don't think they can cash your check if you have only been paying the finance fees, if it is a franchise ,you might want to find out if there is another one in the area that might have taken your loan or they might have your agreement on file, due to the situation. If not, I'm sure the loan company will be contacting you with the next step. If it is a small company, and you don't hear from them and don't see any activity in your bank account, you might want to cancel the checks....
